STUDIO CLASSES
Company C Dance Club offers recreational classes for dancers, tumblers, and cheerleaders ages 3 & up. Our faculty will create a friendly and safe environment to provide your child with a fun, active, and creative dance experience.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Sparkle & Shine

Gems Age 3 Combo Class (Pre K) - 1st Year Dancers will Explore Movement in Ballet, and Jazz (pink leotard and tights and ballet slippers)โ

Stars Age 4 Combo Class (Pre K) – 1st and 2nd Year Dancers will Explore Movement i in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap (purple leotard and tights, tap shoes and ballet slippersโ

Rubies Age 5 Jazz/Tap Combo (Kindergarten) – 1st to 2nd Year Dancers will learn the Basics of Ballet, Jazz and Tap (light blue leotard and tights, ballet slippers and tap shoes)

Diamonds Ages 6-8 Jazz/Tap Combo (1st-2nd Grade) – Beginning to Intermediate Dancers will learn the Foundation of Ballet, azz and Tap Technique (black leotard and tights, jazz shoes, tap shoes)

Diamonds Ages 6-8 Hip Hop (1st-2nd Grade) - Free style incorporating today's music (black leotard or tank with leggings or pants, clean athletic shoes)โ

Ignite Ages 8-11 (3rd-5th Grade) Hip Hop - Free style incorporating today’s music (Any color leotard or tank with leggings shorts or pants, clean street athletic shoes)

Ignite Ages 8-11 (3rd-5th Grade) Jazz/Tap Combo - 2nd to 3rd year dancers - Beginning to Intermediate dancers will continue to advance in jazz and tap technique. This f=group will perform 2 numbers in the Spring Show.

**Please note that if a class has less then 8 participants, this class may be cancelled. If, during the Winter/Spring Session, the class is not cancelled, it is not guaranteed to have a dance in the Spring Recital. This will be decided by the class teacher – classes may be combined by the teacher to create a dance.**
Tumbling

Gems/Stars Tumble Ages 3-4 -No experience necessary

Rubies (Age 5)/Diamonds (Age 6-8)/Ignite (Ages 8-11) - An inclusive class of all skills acrobatic based on progressions and ability. Work is done in skill families so students may progress on their own terms instead of having to move classes or levels. Skills worked will be: rolls, handstands, bridges, limbers, walkovers, cartwheels, aerials, handsprings, head springs, tucks, flexibility, strength, and jump conditioning. โโ

Twisters Cheer Team
Competitive Cheer and Stunting - No experience necessary!
This team focuses on instruction in basic cheer technique and tumbling. Students will earn a competitive routine to perform and compete locally . The program includes 1 weekly team practice and 1 weekly tumbling class.

Sparklers Dance Team
Competitive Dance Team and Pom - No experience necessary!
Sparklers is open to all students K-6th grade interested in learning more
about being on a dance team/pom squad. The program focuses on
instruction of basic pom and jazz technique. Students will learn a competitive
routine and compete and perform locally throughout the year. Program requires registration in Sparklers team practice as well as ONE weekly dance technique class (Rubies, Diamonds or Ignite level)

COMPANY POLICIES
PLACEMENT
Placement in classes is left to the discretion of Company C Instructors. If Company C Instructors feel that your dancer is placed incorrectly, we will adjust their class level. Our goal is to place students in the most appropriate classes where they will be able to gain knowledge and a strong dance foundation.
SPRING SHOW PARTICIPATION
Please note that if a class has less than 8 participants, this class may be cancelled. If, during the Winter/Spring Session, the class is not cancelled, it is not guaranteed to have a dance in the Spring Show. This will be decided by the class teacher - classes may be combined by the teacher to create a dance.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Teachers will keep track of attendance. There is no refund for missed classes. Dancers may be able to make up missed classes depending on class level and enrollment size.
LATE ARRIVAL
We appreciate early arrival so that the students are mentally and physically prepared for their dance class. If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, it is up to the discretion of the teacher if they are able to participate in the class. If late arrival is over 20 minutes, the dancer must sit and watch the class. If you have a specific function and must be late, please notify your teacher by e-mail.
PAYMENTS
There are TWO semesters each year.
Each semester is split into TWO payments
Semester # 1 payments due August 26 and October 5th
Semester #2 payments due January 5 and March 5

You must have a valid card on file at the time of registration.
REFUNDS
Company C will not issue refunds if more than 1 class period has been attended. Tuition is not transferrable to another student or term. No credits to another term will be given.
FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE
A fee of $30 per family is required per year.
SIBLINGS
Siblings must be supervised at all times in the hallways. Please keep children quiet outside of the classrooms. Pilates and exercise equipment is not to be used as toys and is off limits.
COSTUME FEES
Costume fees must be paid in full in order for the dancer to take the costume home.
PRIVATE LESSONS

It is the parents responsibility to split payment between the individual teacher and Company C in seperate payments!
INCLEMENT WEATHER
